The persons whose names are hereunder written respectively agree with the Rother Vale Collieries Ltd to serve the said company from the dates set opposite their respective names, on the term s and conditions set forth and appearing in the bye-laws in force at the Company’s Collieries, and subject to the General and Special Rules of the said Collieries, which they the undersigned acknowledge to have received. The said company agree to engage each of the said persons on the said terms and conditions, subject to the said Rules. Each of the said persons hereunder declares whether or not he is qualified to work alone, in accordance with General Rule 39 of the Mines Regulation Acts, 1887 to 1896.
