| Description | The first supporters' magazine was issued in 1882 and titled Our Waifs and Strays after the name of the organisation. Between 1946 (when the organisation was renamed The Church of England Children's Society) and 1952 the magazine is simply "The Magazine of the Church of England Children's Society". In 1953 it was given the new title of Gateway. In 1993 it was retitled Children in Focus, in 2002 Bright Futures, and in 2006 became The Children's Society Magazine.
A full set of supporters' magazines is held, and duplicates have been retained where possible. |
