The 1955 match was held to mark the opening of a new stand at Lansdowne Road. The score was Scotland and Ireland 15 - 18 England and Wales.
The 1959 match was held to mark the half-century of Twickenham. The score was England and Wales 26 - 17 Scotland and Ireland.
