| Description | There are some Commissioners for whom no correspondence exits in this series. Correspondence for Commissioners who were also Members of the Board of Management is sometimes found in both this series and 3, Board of Management, Members' Correspondence. In a few cases, the correspondence of a Commissioner is only with the latter and this is always so after 1993 by which time all Commissioners were Members of the Board of Management and the Commission ceased to meet as a separate body.
