Seel; the sale of 43 and the granting of a licence to make alterations; the wish expressed by the Yugoslav Embassy to buy 39 and 42 and their continued interest in 42 alone after the decision by the tenants of 39 not to move; repair work to 39 and to the water main outside; negotiations over the tenancy of the garage of 39.
