Correspondence and papers, 1863, 1865, 1907, 1911, 1950, 1951, 1953, concerning the assignment of the lease to Francis Lonergan, (1863); the assignment of the lease to David Stern, (1865); solicitors' questions about leases of 1865 and 1876; the granting of a licence for user to the Mayfair Automobile Company; the Commission's decision to dispose of freeholds in the Mews before the expiry of the leases in 1956; the sale of the freehold of 35 to Mr. G.H.A. Lane with restrictive covenants, (1951); the granting of a licence to make a doorway into Hyde Park Gate and to carry out other alterations, (1953).
