Description	Note: Responsibility for collection of rents on the Estate was taken over by the Commission's solicitors in 1905, See RC/40 Queen's Gate Terrace, 15 December 1904, RC/116/27, and by its surveyors in 1973. No rent statements have survived in this section for the years 1946-71. Further information on rents can be found as follows: RC/D/3 - rent receipts 1855-1972; Accounts, Notes and Estimates, RC/47, - breakdown of rent receipts up to 1995, thereafter one line statement only; Surveyors' files, RC/64, - rent details and 5-yearly valuations of the Estate; individual property files - occasional rent details.
