Correspondence concerns the request by the RHS for return of rent over-payment, the disposal of surplus funds from the International Horticultural Exhibition, the loan of £13,000 by the Commissioners to the RHS, the state of the Arcades, and the lack of realisation of plans for the Gardens and Arcades.
