Description	'Plan of additional land' and land agreed to be demised by Articles dated 24 July 1860. [Articles referred to are Articles of Agreement between the 1851 Commissioners and the Horticultural Society. Arrangement was made with the Commissioners for an entrance to the Horticultural Gardens during the Exhibition season from Kensington Gore through the Commissioners' land behind the Conservatory. This is probably the 'additional land']. Coloured, ms. tracing. 32 x 41cm.
