Description
Letter expressing Prince Albert's approval of the plans regarding the South Kensington Museum. He will visit and inspect the galleries once one bay has been fitted out. The museum's exhibition should open before 1st May 1857 as that is the date on which the Manchester exhibition is to open. Instructs Bowring to consult with Cole re the provision of refreshment rooms at the museum.
