| Description | J. Mansell Jenkinson FRIBA, who died in 1965, was in partnership for many years with F. W. Chapman at offices in Norfolk Row. The predecessors of the firm of Chapman & Jenkinson were Hemsoll & Chapman and previously Hemsoll & Paterson, who occupied the same offices from around the beginning of the 20th century. The firm became J. Mansell Jenkinson & Son and moved to 53 Wilkinson Street after the war. Mr J. Jenkinson (d. 1978) was later partner of the firm.
