The products include cooking equipment, refrigeration, beverage, meal distribution systems, serveries/display units and fabrications and, in 2001, is the only manufacturer who produces both cooking and refrigeration equipment in the United Kingdom.
In 2001, Enodis took over the business of Viscount Catering Limited which was established in January 1992 when the assets of the former Viscount Catering Equipment Group Limited were purchased from the receivers.
Enodis' strengths lie in its brand names, its product ranges and its highly acceptable market position together with a highly skilled, trained and motivated workforce totalling approximately 170 in 2001.
