AdminHistoryThe Sheffield & Hallamshire Savings Bank was established in 1819 in a room at the old Cutler's Hall and for a time occupied a building at the corner of Eyre Street and Surrey Street. In 1859 the bank moved to premises on Norfolk Street which were built at a cost of £6,883.
