Items 17-34 relate to 181 square yards of land with three messuages thereon, bought by George Wing in 1865.

Items 35-48 relate to 115 square yards of land with two messuages and 18 square yards of land in New Church Street and Cheney Square, bought by George Wing in 1869.

Items 49-56 are deeds and papers relating to the sale by Wing to Sheffield Corporation in 1880.
