The Bullcroft Main Colliery Company was formed in Apr 1908 and sinking began that year. Problems with water ingress slowed operations, but in 1911 coal was finally reached.
Bullcroft Main Collieries Limited later became part of Doncaster Amalgamated Collieries Limited. |
