| Description | A messuage in Newbould in the parish of Chesterfeild (co. Derby), formerly in the holding of Edward Eyre, gentleman, since deceased, and now of William Sawer, and a messuage there once in the holding of William Calowe, for the remainder of a ninety-nine years’ lease made by Anthony Eyre of Rampton (co. Notts), esquire, and Gervas Eyre his son, to Francis Owtrem, yeoman, on 5th October, 1632; in consideration of the deed whereby Stephen Eyre late of Newbould, gentleman, has conveyed the premises to William Burton of Cartledge, yeoman, on 9th July, 1648, and in performance of trusts reposed in him.
