Endorsed with a memorandum, that the intent of a fine livied in Michalmas Terme 1655, between Thomas Cope, plaintiff, and Rowland Okeover, esquire, and Margaret his wife, deforceants, of messuages and land in Snellston and other places, was to the use, as to the land in the present feoffment, of the said Richard Allen. 22 Apr 1656.
