Description | Agree with Thomas Parker of Carsington, gentleman, and John Taylor of Brassington (co. Derby), gentleman, that they will, before the end of next Hilary Term, levy to them a fine of the said messuage at Hognaston formerly the inheritance of the said John and Joseph Slater, together with closes and lands in the common fields described; to the use of Timothy Manlove for his life, and after his death to the use of Sarah for her life, and afterwards to the use of the children of Timothy and Sarah, and for want of issue to the use of Thomas Parker and John Taylor for twenty-one years, and then to the use of the right heirs of Timothy and Sarah; the estate to be used during the twenty-one years for paying any legacies left by Timothy or Sarah in their wills.
