TitleIndenture of Lease and Release made between William Tayler of Holthouse in Ecclesall in the parish of Sheffield gentleman and Elizabeth Tayler of London widow, his mother, and John Bright of Chesterfield, Derbyshire, gentleman whereby the said William Tayler and Elizabeth Tayler, in consideration of £445, granted and released to the said John Bright, a messuage called Holthouse and certain closes called Kitchin Crofte, Holt Meadow, Bank Field, Rye Croft, Great Hollins, Little Hollins, Whitefield, Upper and Nether Flatt, Spring, Farr and Narr Milnefield, Wainhouse Croft, then in the tenure of William Tayler and Hugh Osburne (except one annuity of £8 granted out of the premises). The covenant for title extends to the said William Tayler and Elizabeth his mother, also to John Fox gentleman, John Statham gentleman and Mary his mother in law, Joseph Banks gentleman and widow Matthews of Sheffield
