Vellum : one skin, small Chaworth seal in yellow wax.

Notes : The lord granted sufficient timber for the erection of a house, with "howsbote and haybote" and reserved to himself the right of digging coal and stone and cutting wood on the land.

The lease seems to have been originally for three lives, probably including a son of the lessees, but the name has been obliterated throughout the deed.
