Description | Date: 20 Apr in the 11th year of Charles I, 1635.
The covenants for title include Sara wife of the said John Frechevile and there is a covenant 'to levie one fine of the premises, together with other things,' to the said John Bullocke and Edward Gill of Norton, gentleman and the heirs of the said John Bullocke, and to convey part [therein mentioned] to the use of the said Henry Cundie, Godfrey Frogatt and John Walker, and the residue to the said Edward Gill.
