The trusts were for the said John Bullok for life; with remainder to Thomas his second son for life; with remainder to John his (the settlor's) son and heir apparent in tail male ; and in default to his (the settlor's) son William in tail male; and in default to his (the settlor's) son Thomas in tail male; and in default to the settlor's right heirs for ever.
