Shares in Sanderson Kayser Limited were converted into deferred shares in Sep 1979 and transferred to GEI International plc in Jan 1980. Sanderson Kayser Limited became a wholly-owned subsidiary of GEI Special Steels Limited (a division within GEI International plc).
Well known Sheffield industrialists, including Mark Firth, Thomas Firth and Edward Tozer, all worked for Sanderson Kayser Limited at some point in their careers, the latter for 44 years. |
