For £16,372.15s.4d lent by Lord Middleton to Mrs Finch to enable her to pay to Lord Pollington a claim on the Thrybergh estate made under the settlement of John Savile the elder, and for another £627.4s.8d.lent to her by Lord Middleton. (The deed recites the settlement deed of 1692, the claims made under it and the Chancery decrees concerning it).
