| Description | Case notes of female patients, including private patients, who were resident from 1915 onwards.
These case notes were first compiled in 1915 but they include the date of admission (earliest date 1872) as well as the admission number, form of mania [when notes compiled], brief medical notes, notice of death: if transferred elsewhere (e.g. Storthes Hall, Menston, etc) then notice of death sent to Wadsley by that institution, and any post mortem report.
Loose sheets previously mounted in kalamazoo binders, long since sorted into one numerical sequence even though the admission numbers included come from two different series: the general admission registers and the registers of private patients.
