| Description | Arranged by initial letter of surname, with separate series for males and females, the first five items are indexes to patients resident at a given date and continuing, giving admission number, name, age and date when admitted, their Poor Law union, marital status, date and condition upon discharge and (to 1914/1915 only) name and address of nearest relative. They also give the patient's case book number (which do not survive as such: these books may have been the volumes in which the case file papers were formerly kept). |
