William Dakyn, Robert Swanne, Thomas Swanne, Alexander Brey, and Roger Sclater who have built houses on a parcel of Grenefairefeild called the Overende and enclosed this and denied the rights of summer herbage to the inhabitants of Tunsted, Wormehill and Fairefeild.
