Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>James Sarieant of Uttoxator (co. Stafford), gentleman, to Robert Needham of Hanson Graunge, yeoman, Grace, his wife, and Hugh Needham, his son. The remainder of a term of 16 years in a messuage and lands in Wormehill in the occupation of Robert Needham which was leased for a term of 16 years by Robert, Grace, and Hugh Needham to James Sarieant by a deed of 20th April last. At a yearly rent of £40 for 8 years, and then a yearly rent of one peppercorn.</p><p>A pair of final concords. English. James Sarieant, plaintiff, v. Robert Needham and Grace, his wife, and Hugh Needham, deforciants. One messuage, 40 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 40 acres of pasture, etc. in Wormehill. For £100 sterling. In one month from Easter, 1652.</p>
