A messuage with all its lands in Barnoldsweeke Coots in Craven in the parish of Gilkirke and now in the occupation of Agnes and William Edmondson, and 1/3 part of half a cottage, excepting an annual rent of 3s. 4d. now being paid to the free school in Burneley, unless the schools should not be kept, and then the rent to revert to William and John Halsted.
