The water corn mill in Barnoldswick of an annual rent of 52s. 6d. (parcell of the honour of Tickhill) with all the messuages, lands, waters, rights etc. appertaining to it as granted by James I to Edward Ferrers and Francis Phelips by Letters Patent of 11th February, 1609/10 to hold of the King in free socage as of the manor of Enfeild and paying annually 52s. 6d.</p>
