Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>John Drake of Horleygreene in Northowrom, yeoman, and Humfrey Drake of Hallifax, yeoman, to Richard Banister late of Barnoldswicke and now of the Cragg in the Forest of Knaresbroughe, gentleman, and John of the same, his son. The watercorn mill in Barnoldswicke with all its appurtenances of a yearly rent of 52s. 6d being part of the Honour of Tyckhill, with all its buildings, suit of mill, soke, multure, etc. To hold of the King as of the manor of Enfeild in free socage at a yearly rent of 52s. 6d.</p><p>For a competent sum paid to them by Thomas Drake of Thorneton in Craven, clerk.</p>
