Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>William Halsted of Worsthorne, gentleman, and Elizabeth, his wife, to William Drake of Barnoldswicke Cotes, esquir. A messuage or mansion in Barnoldswicke Cotes occupied by Christopher Windle with Churchfeild Close, Twelve Acres Close (lately divided into two), a parcel of ground lately divided into two, several closes called Kirkegate, an ing adjoining the west end of Kirkegate, with a lathe or barn on it, altogether 24 acres, and a close called Lower Inge containing 3 acres, and a tenement with a barn and kiln and a close called Tetherings, and a cottage and garth, all in Barnoldswicke Cotes. For £360 and paying annually to the chief lord 2s. 5d.</p><p>Attached are Letters of Attorney for delivery of seisin.</p><p>Bond of even date for performance.</p><p>Final concords (a pair).
