Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>By Thomas Middleton and John Wright on behalf of themselves and the other partners (unnamed) of Miners Engine to pay damages for a trespass committed by cutting through the Lord&apos;s Meer in the liberties of Stoney Middleton and Eyam, in working a new vein, to Sir William Abdy of the parish of St. James, Westminster baronet, chief agent of Sackville, earl of Thanet, and Mary, his wife, Richard, earl of Burlington, and Dorothy, his wife, and Charles, Lord Bruce, lords of the manors and liberties of Stoney Middleton and Eyam. Payments: £105 for damages and £63 for charges and expenses.</p>
