A yearly rent charge of £50 issuing out of a messuage called Bagshaw&apos;s House and lands belonging, and out of a messuage lately built on a piece of land called the Meere in the Overend of Green Fairfield and also of a parcell of land now divided into several closes containing about 500 acres called Blake Edge, lying within the Liberty of Fairfield; for the term of her natural life.
