Messuage and paper mill in Totley and Dore, messuage in Bradway and closes in Totley, Bradway and Greenhill, closes in the overend of Green Fairfield and a messuage there, messuages and closes in Castleton, Eyam and Bradwall, certain fee farm rents, and the messuage called Haslehurst, to the clear yearly value of £500; previously mortgaged by William Bagshaw, as heir at law of Richard Bagshaw, to Lords George, Frederick and John Cavendish as executors of the dowager Duchess of Devonshire for £9,200 and not redeemed, George Henry Cavendish being surviving executor; for payment of £9,200 by William Chambers Bagshaw and William John Bagshaw, for paying off the mortgage and transferring the property upon trust to Thomas Asline Ward for certain uses limited and expressed in a deed of 18th May, 1814, and to permit the term of 1000 years to attend the inheritance.</p>
