All the messuages, lands etc., of Nicholas Stones in Norton, Hope and Castleton (one cottage in Castleton occupied by Rolland Needham excepted); to Nicholas Stones for life and then to uses: the house at Himsworth where he dwells, the Weetlands, and named closes in Norton to his wife Anne for her life; the house called Magerhagh House and named closes (after the death of Thomas), to Mary, Thomas's intended wife; then to their issue or the right heirs of Nicholas.</p> |
