Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>John Hall of Goosehill in Castleton, gentleman and Richard Torr of Castleton, gentleman agree concerning the latter&apos;s purchasing the absolute fee and inheritance of the messuage called Goosehill with lands etc., belonging, the moiety of the mill and kill in Castleton and the tithes of corn, hay, wool, lambs and lead; and his lending Hall £200 upon the security of his lands in Hope and a tenement in Rushopp.</p><p>(1) Torr agrees to pay £1600 for the said property into the hands of John Borrowe and Sir Nathaniel Curzon, to discharge Hall&apos;s debt secured on the property, having already paid £50 to Hall.</p><p>(2) Torr to lend £200 on security as above stated.</p><p>(3) Torr to receive the profits from 12 October of the property so sold, to pay the said debts.</p>
