Derby) esquire, Ebenezer Crees of Derby, soap maker and Francis Gilbert of Derby, cooper (trustees for Borrow) to Richard Torr of Goosehill gentleman and Adam Bagshawe of Wormhill (trustee for Torr) John Hall of Hope, gentleman also being a party. Messuages, cottages and other premises, previously mortgaged by Hall to Gilbert Munday for a term of 500 years and by him assigned to Borrow&apos;s trustees; which inheritance Hall has agreed to sell to Torr, except only the messuage called Mam and parcels of land called the High Brinke; for £436 10s for the remainder of the term.</p>
