Derby) and Richard Calton of Chesterfield, gentleman, John Birds of Elton and Richard Hawley of Winster, gentleman, surviving executors of Thomas Eyre late of Rowtor, deceased, to Richard Bagshaw of Castleton.</p><p>Yearly reserved rent of £12 payable out of lands lying in Fairfield in the Hundred of High Peak; and a yearly reserved rent of £13 issuing out of lands on Mellor Moor in High Peak; a yearly reserved rent of £3 10s. and two well fatted geese out of lands near Little Hucklow; and a yearly reserved rent of £8 10s. and four well fatted capons situate at Bowden Edge in the parish of Chapel; a yearly reserved rent of £8 issuing out of Brownside in the parish of Glossop, a reserved rent of £3 10s. issuing out of Bowden Edge, a reserved rent of £1 10s. issuing out of lands in Chapell parish called Bole hill and Tom moore; with liberty to hunt, hawke and fowle and other liberties granted to Thomas Eyre deceased; for £1300.</p>
