Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Henry How of Greenlands in the parish of Castleton, yeoman, and Anne his wife, to William Greaves of Castleton, mercer. The fine to be levied between the parties of two messuages, three cottages etc. in Castleton and Tideswell is to uses:- the messuage called Bernard house in Castleton at a place called Slippery Stones head and the enclosed ground called the orchard adjoining and a building called the smithy in the possession of Richard Bagshawe, certain parcels of land and a parcel of common land, shall be to the use of Richard Bagshaw.</p>
