Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>John Froggatt of Park Hall in the parish of Glossop, gentleman, to Robert Marshall of Edall, yeoman. One moiety of a parcel of land called Thomas Cresswells Sheep pasture in Crowdenley Booth in Edall, now divided between John Mellor and the said Froggatt, containing 71 acres, 2 roods and 12 perches, 12 acres whereof are mossy ground (boundaries given); and also all the mossy ground not intended to be enclosed; for the term of 80 years at a rent of £6 and a further rent of £5 for every acre Marshall ploughs but does not lay the manure off the said ground on it.</p>
