Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Sir John Otway of Grays Inn and Sarah Bullok of Haslehurst in the parish of Norton, widow (executors of William Bullok, deceased), to John Akrode of Brampton (co. Derby) yeoman. The messuage called Haslehurst in Norton with all appurtenances, formerly in the tenure of Anne Gill and now of Sarah Bullok, with all tithes, etc; for £1100, in accordance with Bullok&apos;s will, by which his executors were authorised to dispose of his property to pay his debts, reserving an annuity of £200 out of the manors of Norton and Greenhill to his wife, Sarah. The deed also recites details of the Chancery case brought by William Bullok&apos;s creditors and the disposal of the estate to pay them.</p>
