New mansion house at Wormhill, Hallow Croft, Three half Acres; Shewbroad; Two Horse Closes; etc., conveyed by Needham to Wright as security for a debt of £30 and for £223, the grant to be void if Needham pays £4 16s. 8d. each year for five years and £223 in 1681 at the Chapel in Wormhill.</p>
