Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Arising from the conveying by William Bagshaw of Ford (par. of Chapel in firth), to Richard Bagshaw of Wormhill, Brookebotham Farm and Nearer Cow Close, Further Cow Close, Six Acres and other named property, in exchange for a yearly fee farm of £21 14s. issuing from lands in the possession of William. The estate to be conveyed is to be discharged from all incumbrances and from the jointure of William&apos;s wife, Mary; Richard is to pay £31 5s. The wall dividing Richard&apos;s property from William&apos;s farm called Overend in Fairfield is adjudged a fair division and Richard is to pay £1 12s. 11d. to recompence his father for expenditure in repairing fences at Losehill. William to pay £28 1.6¼s. being the sum owing to Richard.</p>
