The estate to be conveyed is to be discharged from all incumbrances and from the jointure of William's wife, Mary; Richard is to pay £31 5s. The wall dividing Richard's property from William's farm called Overend in Fairfield is adjudged a fair division and Richard is to pay £1 12s. 11d. to recompence his father for expenditure in repairing fences at Losehill. William to pay £28 1.6¼s. being the sum owing to Richard.</p> |
