Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Ann Shaw, widow, of Dronfield, Joseph Seddon and William Heywood, merchants of Manchester, executors of Michael Shaw of Dronfield, to the Rev. William Bagshaw, late of Dronfield and now of Netherthorpe (par. Staveley).</p><p>Farm at Hill in Tideswell and the Yard on the Backside, properties called Five Roads, Wor Furlong, White Stones, Cow cliff and other named fields in Wormhill; Jackson&apos;s farm in Dalehead; messuages at Salterford Lane Head in Craven with all tithes arising from the estates at Coates and Barnoldswick; the moiety of several closes called the Fleets in the parish of Thornton and other closes in Thornton. All of which were mortgaged by John Bagshaw of the Oaks for £2,000; he redeems them on payment of £2,000 the interest having been paid.</p>
