Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Revd. Francis Parker, clerk, of Sheffield, at the request of Sir William Chambers Bagshawe of the Oakes and William John Bagshawe, his son, formerly of Trinity College, Cambridge, now of the Middle Temple to the Revd. Jonathan Dixon, clerk of Humbleton in Holderness (co. York). Wormhill Hall with gardens and bowling greens, six other messuages and Cote Close, Birks Close, Sitch Roods, Knotlow, Lane Heads, Green Stack Yard; for 99 years to raise an annual sum of £500 to be paid to William John Bagshawe for his life and if he dies in his father&apos;s lifetime to such persons as he shall direct, falling which to Sir William Chambers Bagshawe, etc.</p>
