Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Adam Bagshaw of Wormhill, gentleman, to Adam Bagshaw his son and heir. Parcel of land called Blackedge, part of the Commons in the Chapelry of Fairfield in the parish of Hope; in consideration of the marriage of Adam the son and for discharging an annuity payable for the life of the Hon. Diana Cecile of Kensington secured on the said property, the property having been sold to Adam Bagshawe the father by Thomas Eyre of Rowtor; at an annual rent of £12 to Eyre and a rent charge of £50 to Diana Cecile during her life.</p>
