Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>Adam Bagshaw, the elder, of Wormhill to John Bagshawe, the youngest son of Adam, lead merchant, of London. Gervas Cote in Mucksdale and Weyside below the Wooden Gapp, a half acre on Wormhill over Greene above the butts and one and a half acres on Wormhill Nether Greene Forest, being part of the commons set out for the King; subject to a yearly fee farm of £5 payable to Thomas Eyre of Rowter who had a grant of the lands by Letters Patent in 1675 and conveyed by him to Adam Bagshawe in 1699; for £30.</p><p>Attached: letter of attorney to John Hall of Castleton and Nathaniel Bartram of Castleton.</p>
