An eighth part of the Yate Stoop mine, Winster, an eighth part of Mill Close, Wensley, a 24 part of Hannage Sough, Wirkworth, sixteenth part of Twenty Lands at Wirksworth; 24 part of Rantor, Wirksworth; 96 part of Middle Peake, 32nd and 192nd part of the Shepperd&apos;s Rake in Middleton; 24th part of Jackson&apos;s Grove in Middleton; 12th part of Hicktons Venture in Cromford; 96th part of Bithams in Wensley; 48th part of Buxton Founder in Wensley; 16th part of Captains Grove in Wirksworth; 32nd part of Thisley Close in Wirksworth; 12th part of Wilcocks Grove in Matlock, which were all part of the possessions of William Davis, woolcomber, of Nottingham and were distrained on account of the process begun against him for debt by John Bury of Nottingham who was associated with Sir John Stanley of Somerset House and Thomas Smith of Nottingham in a debt of £10,000 to the King.</p>
