Description<head>Scope and Content</head><p>William Bagshaw of Ford in the parish of Chapel-en-le-Frith, gentleman, to Anthony Young of Ford, yeoman. Inclosure of land adjoining Clough House and one third part of a piece of Common yet undivided, lying upon greenloe top, in the Hamlet of Bowden Edge, being part of the Commons measured and set forth for the Kings part in the hamlet of Bowden Edge, excepting all great trees, mines and quarries; for 18s. 5¼d. and an annual rent of 6s. 3½d. Reciting conveyance by Thomas Eyre of Grays Inn to Samuel Bagshaw, father of William, of a parcel of land known as Malcalfe Moor.</p>
